Will I lose my Google rankings?
We make sure you don't. Every old URL of your Lightspeed webshop (often ending in .html) gets a 301 redirect to the new page, and your titles and descriptions come along. After the switch, we keep an eye on Search Console to make sure everything carries over properly.
I also have a shop. Can it come along?
If your shop sells from the same stock in your ERP, that stock is automatically correct in your webshop. In the assessment, we look together at how you sell now, online and in the shop.
Do my customers need to create a new account?
No. Their account and addresses come along, and they get a personal invitation to log in to the new platform.
Can I run B2B and B2C on one platform?
Yes. A webshop for consumers and a portal for business customers, with one stock and one administration. Read more about ERP integration for B2B and for B2C.
Will my webshop stay online during the switch?
Yes. Your Lightspeed webshop keeps running until the new platform is ready. Only then do we switch over your domain.
