ERP integration for B2B
Your ERP is the source. Your portal is the shop window.
In B2B, every customer has their own prices, terms and range. They're in your ERP. We put them 1-to-1 into your portal, so your customer orders 24/7 just as they would with your inside sales team. Only faster.

ERP first
Zero retyping.
What you record in your ERP is instantly correct in your portal. And every order goes straight into your ERP, ready for your warehouse.
Is your ERP not listed? Get in touch. If it has an API or a database, we can connect it.
What the integration handles
Everything your inside sales team now does by hand.
Your inside sales team gets time for advice and relationships. The integration does the retyping.
Customer-specific prices
Price lists, price agreements, tiered pricing and discounts per customer, straight from your ERP.
Customers and contacts
Every contact logs in to their company's account, with the right permissions.
Invoices and outstanding items
Your customer sees their invoices, downloads them and sees what is still outstanding.
Stock and delivery time
Per branch and warehouse, with expected stock and stock in transit.
Orders, quotes and projects
Orders go straight into your ERP; save quotes and projects and complete them later.
Reordering
Repeat a previous order, use order lists and order by item number.

Does your customer order by email?
Then AI prepares the order.
Not every customer orders in the portal. Many orders still arrive by email, as text, Excel or PDF.
The AI Mail Handler reads those emails, recognises the items and the customer, and prepares the order in the portal. Your customer gets a link to confirm. So that order reaches your ERP without retyping too.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about ERP integration in B2B.
Question not listed? Ask the AI Digital Advisor, or book an inspiration session.
Which ERP systems do you integrate with?
With Exact Online and Exact Globe, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AFAS, Odoo, SnelStart, Visma Brincr and more. Your ERP not listed? If an integration is possible, we build it. See also the Exact webshop.
How up to date are prices and stock?
Real-time or near real-time, depending on your ERP. For Exact Online we use our own caching service, so Exact's API limits don't slow your customers down.
Do I have to change my processes?
No. You keep working in your ERP the way you're used to. The portal follows your agreements, not the other way round.
What happens if the ERP is briefly unavailable?
Your customers can simply keep ordering: the order is held in your portal first and goes to your ERP as soon as it can. We monitor the integration around the clock.
