Customer accounts and addresses. Passwords can't be taken out of Shopify, so your customers get a personal invitation to their new account.

SEO and redirects

Shopify puts your pages under fixed paths such as /products/ and /collections/. We redirect every old URL with a 301 to the new page.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We make sure you don't. Every old URL of your Shopify webshop (/products/…, /collections/…, /pages/…) gets a 301 redirect to the new page, and your titles and descriptions come along. After the switch, we keep an eye on Search Console to make sure everything carries over properly.

Do my customers need to create a new account?

No. Their account and addresses come along. They only choose a new password themselves, via a personal invitation: passwords can't be moved out of Shopify.

I use a lot of Shopify apps. What happens to them?

We go through them together in the assessment. Much of it is already in our platform as a feature or add-on; whatever you really need that isn't, we integrate or build as custom work.

Can I run B2B and B2C on one platform?

Yes. A webshop for consumers and a portal for business customers, with one stock and one administration. Read more about ERP integration for B2B and for B2C.

Will my webshop stay online during the switch?

Yes. Your Shopify webshop keeps running until the new platform is ready. Only then do we switch over your domain.
