Does it work with both Exact Online and Exact Globe?
Yes. We've connected to Exact Globe since 2009 and to Exact Online since 2010. For both, we have our own stable integration that we monitor in real time.
What data goes back and forth?
From Exact: products, customers, price lists and price agreements, stock, order status and invoices. To Exact: orders, requests, returns, new customers and changed addresses. Anything not in Exact, such as photos and product copy, you manage in our PIM.
How do you handle Exact Online's API limits?
Exact Online limits how much data third parties can retrieve. With our own caching service, we retrieve data very efficiently, including real-time prices and stock, so you and your customers won't notice a thing.
How quickly does an order reach Exact?
Instantly. The order is in Exact straight away for logistics handling, and when the status changes in Exact, your customer sees it instantly in 'my account'.
What if something goes wrong?
We monitor the webshop and the integration in real time. If something goes wrong, we see it immediately and fix it.
Can you integrate 2BA as well?
